We present a fully data-driven measurement of the (D^0) meson differential production cross section down to transverse momenta of (1.5,/c) in (1.96,) (pp) collisions using (10,-1) of data from an unbiased sample collected by the CDF experiment. Extending to such low transverse momentum regimes provides the opportunity to test QCD where perturbative predictions are challenging.
