Distributions of brightness temperature and flux density were obtained
for HB 21 at 14.7, 16.7, 20, and 25 MHz. The spectral index in the
30-7690 MHz range was 0.41 + or - 0.03. Near HB 21, three H II regions
were observed, which are visible in absorption and partially coincide
with the expanding shell of neutral hydrogen detected earlier.
