The primary objective of this test is to provide an additional point in the long term study of the change in distortion signature among the three FGS's. Additional objectives include the establishment of the rate of change in the distortion signature from December 90 to December 92 and an improved estimate of the true Fine Lock noise floor. THIS PROPOSAL USES ALL THREE FGS'S AS THE PRIME UNIT.
