A longitudinal survey of the Pc 1 geomagnetic pulsation was performed in January and February 1975. The time delay of arrival of Pc 1 signals was measured at two stations by analysis which consisted of identification of the power spectrum of the two components, selection of the time domain where polarization is stable, and selection of signals of identical spectral form at both stations. A good agreement has been found between the different techniques of localization of the Pc 1 source: time delay measurements are correlated with the relative amplitude of signals.
