A list of lines in the 4300-6700 A wavelength range with strong Stokes V signals outside sunspots is presented. It was obtained through the use of the Stokes V profiles with the largest amplitudes in spectra obtained in active region plages and the quiet network with the Kitt Peak McMath telescope and the 1 m Fourier transform spectrometer used as a polarimeter. It is concluded that the list of lines given should be universally applicable to Stokes V observations of small flux tubes, which require a good signal-to-noise ratio.
