The propagation and conversion of linear magnetoacoustogravity waves in a conducting exponential atmosphere with a uniform magnetic field are analyzed. An analytic solution is derived in terms of Meijer functions for waves propagating at an arbitrary angle with respect to the oblique magnetic field. A complete theory is derived for the linear conversion of all types of waves in an atmosphere with a pronounced nonuniformity. In an oblique field, there are no resonant levels and there is no valve effect.
