The minor planet 1044 Teutonia was observed 2007 June 8-9 UT, during
3.7h, in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil. The synodic period from the collected
data are best fit by a period 2.84 ± 0.04 h and with an
amplitude of 0.20 ± 0.03. However, the period of 3.153 ±
0.003 reported by Behrend et al. (2006) cannot be eliminated.
