Laboratory Spectra: Phosphorus

The authors have studied the beam-foil spectra of phosphorus and
obtained radiative lifetimes for the 3snp 3P2,1(n
= 4,5) levels and the 3s4d 3D term in P IV. Specific
attention has been paid to cascade correction by applying the
arbitrarily normalized decay-curve technique.
