Evaluation of experimental determinations of the coupling coefficients of cosmic rays on the basis of latitudinal measurements obtained by Soviet and Argentine researchers. The experimental results obtained are compared with theoretically calculated coupling coefficients for various indices of the primary-radiation spectrum. In addition, the integral generation multiplicities and the spectrum of the 11-year variations are determined.
