The stability of the gravitating elliptical disks embedded in a spherical subsystem relative to large-scale bending perturbations and barlike ones is investigated. It is shown that a sufficiently massive external subsystem can provide the stability of an elliptical disk of a practically elliptical shape with corotating internal flows. The evolution is traced of regions of parameters corresponding to stable models during changes in the ratio of the external subsystem mass to the disk mass.
