An approximate analytical solution for the zonal and meridional flows observed in the solar convective zone is constructed for a given magnetic wave, taking into account the density gradient in the convective zone. It is found that the solution describes well the observational picture reported by LaBonte and Howard (1982), including such fine features as the phase shift between velocity components and solar activity. Using this solution, secular variations in the symmetrical part of the differential rotation and in the asymmetry between the northern and southern hemispheres are predicted.
