The observed intensity of the 21-cm neutral hydrogen line in the galactic plane is modeled, with a longitudinal interval of 2 deg, by a two-arm logarithmic spiral. A purely circular motion of hydrogen clouds is assumed, in accordance with a rotation curve obtained previously along the entire profile of the 21-cm line. The spiral parameters are determined using the least squares method. A twist angle of 5-8 deg is obtained for the internal (with respect to the sun) region.
