In the approximation of geometrical optics the temperature distribution of phonon radiation as a function of position angles of observation for a model of the universe with expansion, rotation, and displacement with metrics of the Goedel type is studied. For particular cases the equations of isotropic geodesics are solved exactly in the metrics in question, and for two directions the temperature anisotropy of phonon radiation as a function of rotation and displacement is evaluated.
