Results are reported for laboratory measurements of the frequencies of the A(1-Pi)-X(1-Sigma) emission bands of NO(+) which might be of astrophysical interest. The B value of the lowest vibrational level of the electron ground state is estimated together with the energy levels of the 1-Pi state. The (J=1)-(J=0) transition of the lowest vibrational level of the X(1-Sigma) state is found to lie at approximately 119,187 MHz. Effective constants of the two states are determined from the measured NO(+) bands.
