Replication technique provides molded optical surfaces whith a quality almost as good as that of the mold. Surface shape is maintained after thermal cycles (from -40°C up to +70°C), thermal humidity exposition, or exposition to an intense radiation field. The maximum diameter already obtained is 50 cm but it is possible to increase it up to 1 m and more; such a development is presently in progress.
