Superfluidity of Λ hyperons in neutron star cores is investigated by a realistic approach to use reliable ΛΛ interactions and the effective mass of Λ based on the G-matrix calculations. It is found that Λ superfluid can exist at ρ ~= (ρt ~ ρd) with ρt ~= 2ρ0(ρ0 being the nuclear density) and ρd ~= (3 - 4.5)ρ0, depending on hyperon core models.
