The gamma-ray burst of 970228 was observed with Konus instruments on
both the US GGS-Wind spacecraft and the Russian Kosmos-2326 Earth
orbiter. The time histories and incident photon spectra obtained
throughout the broad energy band above 12 keV and the source
localization results are presented.
