A new kinetic description of a relativistic plasma in which the
component of the momentum of the particles perpendicular to the magnetic
field vanishes in the initial equilibrium state is proposed. The method
is based on expressing the transverse momentum of a particle as a
function of the coordinates, time and longitudinal momentum.
