We propose to map (using On-The-Fly technique) two not very studied molecular clouds situated at the foot of two of the recent discovered "Giant Molecular Loops" in the Galactic Center, in order to: (1) Study their kinematics with an unprecedent spacial (38") and kinematical resolution (5 km/s). This kinematic is supposed to be dominated by shocks, produced when the gas of the loops flows down their sides, along the magnetic field lines, and joins with the gas layer of the Galactic plane. (2) Study the physical condition of the shocked gas using several molecules (thanks to MOPS we will cover, in two different setups, a frequency range of 16 GHz), like SO, HNCO and SiO (all well-known shock tracers). (3) Study the intense magnetic fields that Fukui loop models predict using the expected kinematical differences that such an intense fields should produce between ion molecules like HCO+ and N2H+, and neutral molecules like HNC and HCN, to expose some examples.
