Attention is given to observable manifestations of rotation in a class of spatially homogeneous shear-free comsological models. It is demonstrated that pure rotation does not lead to the appearance of causal anomalies or parallax effects or to anisotropy of the microwave background. Exact solutions are obtained for isotropic geodesics in a nonstationary model of Goedel type. It is found that cosmological rotation leads to rotation of the photon polarization plane.
