A group of fifty physicists met in Duck, NC, Nov. 6-9 to discuss the current
status and future goals of hadronic physics. The main purpose of the meeting
was to define the field by identifying its key issues, challenges, and
opportunities. The conclusions, incorporating considerable input from the
community at large, are presented in this white paper.
