A possible representation of a Kerr metric, which is embedded in the Einstein-de Sitter universe and in which the energy stress tensor is not that of a perfect fluid although expansion is everywhere isotropic, is presented. The method by which the transformation of the Friedmann metric to conformally flat form is obtained, as in the detailed discussion by Infeld and Schild (1945), is indicated.
