Tinsley, under subcontract to Ball Aerospace, is optically finishing JWST's 18 precise lightweight beryllium mirror hexagonal segments that constitute the surface of JWST's 6.5m wide primary mirror, plus the secondary mirror and tertiary mirror for this telescope. In this incremental paper, we emphasize Tinsley's simultaneous build of this quantity of mirrors, using eight nearly identical fabrication stations and two nearly identical metrology suites, and other equipment. We summarize the fabrication, handling, processing and metrology facilities satisfying the requirement flow down and mission assurance for these flight optics. Approaches specific to JWST mirrors will be emphasized.
