Results on jet measurements in neutral current deep inelastic scattering at
HERA are presented. The low-$x_{Bj}$ and low-$Q^2$ region is explicitly
investigated using forward jet production and the azimuthal asymmetry between
jets in dijet production. Recent results on the determination of the strong
coupling constant, $\alpha_s(M_Z)$, are discussed.
