A perturbation-theoretical method has been used to solve the ionospheric
potential equation of the dynamo-theory. The ionospheric large-scale
electrostatic potential and force fields are given in analytical
expression depending on the coefficients of an appropriate expansion of
the wind fields. Numerical and graphical examples are given.
