Scientific paper

In the present paper, the relationship between ionospheric absorption and the rotational temperature and intensity of hydroxide emission is investigated on the basis of Zvenigorod data on the rotational temperature of the bands of the fifth hydroxide standard level (which reflects the temperature of the ambient medium at heights between 80 and 100 km) and data on the retardation of intensity waves with respect to temperature waves. The annual variation of the f(min) parameter, obtained by this approach, is plotted and discussed.
