The spatial distribution function of Cerenkov emission from extensive air showers in the primary energy range of 10 to the 14th to 10 to the 16th eV was determined at the Samarkand University installation, consisting of 13 scintillation counters and nine integral Cerenkov counters. Spatial distribution functions are presented for two groups of showers with respect to the number of particles and for zenith angles less than 30 deg. The depth of the maximum for these two groups was determined on the basis of the distribution functions.
