Results of an analysis of the evolution of satellite orbits with a semimajor axis of about 184,000 km and an eccentricity of about 0.1 are presented. The investigation is based on a numerical-analytical method with averaging of the equations according to fast variables, taking the resonance character of the satellite motion into account. Time dependences of the orbital elements are obtained, and variations of eccentricity and inclination for a five-year period are assessed.
