Measurements of the electron-photon component of cosmic rays with energies exceeding 30 MeV were made from the Salyut 6 station during 1979-1981. The intensities of albedo gamma quanta and electrons were measured as a function of cutoff rigidity for various energy intervals. The results confirm the existence of excess high-energy electrons at heights of 300-350 km, and give evidence for the presence of electrons with energies exceeding 40 MeV in the inner radiation belt.
