Tracks of R CrB on V-(B-V) and V-(U-B) diagrams during the deep light
minima are calculated. Both slow and fast color variations appear to be
due to specific opticogeometrical conditions. Constancy of the optical
properties of the circumstellar dust during the light minimum is
confirmed.
