An interpretation of anomalies of the Venus gravity field with respect to three harmonics in the potential expansion is presented. The masses and depths of the anomaly centers in the Aphrodite region, the Ishtar region, and the south of the planet are determined on the basis of the Venus geoid height, the pure anomaly of the attractive force, and the plumbline deviation. The depths are found to range from 930 to 1140 km. Analogous terrestrial anomalies, as the field is smoothed from 16 to 3 harmonics, is characterized by a 1.4-fold overestimation of the depth. Therefore the depths of Venus anomaly centers, reduced to 16 harmonics, are considered to occur at 700-800 km, i.e., to correspond to the depth of the second phase boundary of the Venus mantle.
