The possible linkage between the ozone depletion of the Antarctic atmosphere and the interplanetary traveling perturbations coming from solar wind sources is studied. It turns out that, during solar cycle 21, a significant change has occurred in the solar wind regime, which may have affected the terrestrial environment and hence the ozone equilibrium.
