This paper presents an exact solution of Einstein-Maxwell equations corresponding to charged incoherent matter plus massless scalar meson fields. The solution is cylindrically symmetric. The charged dust is in non-rigid rotation and the Lorentz force vanishes everywhere. When the scalar field is switched off, the solution goes over to that discussed by Saha.
