The influence of cosmic rays on the solar wind is analyzed on the basis of a Runge-Kutta solution of second-order nonlinear differential equations to which an integrodifferential equation for the solar wind velocity was reduced. The propagation of cosmic rays in interstellar space is analyzed within the framework of a diffusion approximation. Analysis of the scattering of relativistic particles by various waves and discontinuities of the interstellar plasma indicates that spatial diffusion is due to resonance cyclotron interaction of the particles with discontinuities of the galactic magnetic field. A solution to the kinetic equation of particle motion in the interplanetary magnetic field is discussed, and a kinetic of the fluctuation of the cosmic ray distribution function is outlined. The kinetics of the interaction of cosmic rays with shock waves is examined.
