The propagation of high-energy charged particles in turbulent, statistically anisotropic plasma of the solar wind is analyzed on the basis of the collisionless kinetic equation. It is shown that an effective particle-acceleration mechanism connected with the presence of a mean electric field of fluctuations directed along the regular field arises in a magnetized cosmic plasma with reflectively invariant turbulence of the magnetic field.
