The analysis deals with the interaction between radiation and charged particles propagating in the field of a black hole situated in a uniform magnetic field of arbitrary intensity in a plane orthogonal to the field. The conditions of stability with respect to small disturbances are obtained for circular orbits. It is shown that the nature of the action is that of negative absorption at certain combinational frequencies.
