Kinematical and virial properties of interacting galaxies from the catalog of Vorontsov-Velyaminov et al. (2001) are considered. The sample consists of 87 interacting galaxies with radial velocities. The median values of galaxy velocities dispersion with respect to the center Sv = 166 km/s, harmonic radius Rh = 29 kpc, and luminosity-to-mass ratio Mvir/L = 33 ?sun/Lsun are obtained. The interacting galaxies show excess of active galaxies with UV-continuum.
