Scientific paper

Measurements of absolute intensities, H2- and N2- broadened half-widths, and pressure-induced shifts of spectral lines in the fundamental bands in the 13.7 micron region are reported at 171, 201, 241, 281, and 296 K. The dependence of the spectral line parameters upon temperature and the relative intensities of the various hot bands in this spectral region will be discussed.
