The linear instability increment is obtained for a plasma system formed by three interpenetrating ion streams with kinetic reversal along the magnetic field in the solar wind. It is shown that the value of the increment depends on the angle between the directions of reversal and oscillation propagation. The increment reaches its greatest value in the center of the interpenetrating stream system.
