The observations were made on September 2009 to August 2010 with the 25m radio telescope of Nanshan station. One hundred and twenty sources were selected from the IRAS Point Source Catalog. Sixty-one sources were selected from Quireza et al. (2006, Cat. J/ApJS/165/338) and 70 sources were selected from Lockman (1989, Cat. VIII/58).
