Fluxes of relativistic electrons with energies of 15-30 MeV were detected by the Cosmos-900 Cerenkov counter during phases of magnetic-storm attenuation. Electrons at these energies were observed during April 1977, September 1977, January 1978, and October 1978. The flux maxima were observed in the region of the South Atlantic magnetic anomaly (in the 280-35 deg longitude range) at magnetic shells of L = 3.2-4.1.
