The initial-value problem for N black holes with arbitrary positions,
masses, spins and momenta is considered. The momentum constraints are
solved on two conformally flat, isometric sheets conneted by N bridges,
Solution of the hamiltonian constraint as a semi-linear elliptic
boundary-value problem will yield the conformal factor.
