One of variants of the quantum scenario of creation of the Universe from "Nothing" assumes quantum tunneling of a wave function (WF) of the Universe Ψ through a potential barrier. In the elementary statement, this problem was considered with a constant scalar field 1,2, when the one-dimensional Wheeler -DeWitt equation(WDE) is analyzed similarly to the Schrödinger equation. In the semiclassical approach, the problem with a variable inflating field under a barrier was considered in 3 and by authors in 4. In the last paper superpotential is chosen so that an intrinsic classically allowed region separated from an external one by a potential barrier is appeared. The evolution of the Universe under the barrier was researched by the method of the characteristics, whose equations are similar to the Hamilton equations. It was shown that at the appropriate "initial" conditions on intrinsic boundary of a classically forbidden region it is possible to receive a growth of a homogeneous mode of the scalar field which is sufficient for keeping of process of inflation. In view of these results, it is naturally to examine evolution of inhomogeneous modes of a scalar field under a barrier...
