The infrared data of the NOAO Deep Wide-Field Survey are targeted to cover the same area and same positions on the sky as the optical data. The smaller areal coverage of IR arrays means that a much larger number of frames (and observation time) are required to achieve this goal. Presented here are details of the extent of the IR data coverage, instruments used for the observations, and how images have been reduced, coadded, and mosaicked to be complimentary to the optical images. We also present preliminary comparisons of the K-band and optical data. This project is being supported by the National Optical Astronomy Observatory which is operated by the Association of Universities for Research in Astronomy, Inc., under a cooperative agreement with the National Science Foundation.
