The influence of the geomagnetic field on the diffusion of anisotropic inhomogeneities of the lower atmosphere is studied. Real ionization and the plasma diffusion process arising from these features are taken into account. The process is characteristic for both uncondensed meteor trails and weakly ionized small-scale space inhomogeneities located at a height of 90-120 km.
