An analogy is made between the perturbed Lagrange top problem in the case of small gravitational potential perturbations, and the problem of rotation of a satellite, with its center moving in a circular orbit in the equatorial plane, taking into account the Earth's magnetic field, modeled as a dipole with axis aligned with Earth's rotation axis. The role of perturbations in the latter problem is played by magnetization of the satellite's frame, and also the deflection of its intrinsic magnetic moment from the satellite's dynamic symmetry axis. A list is given of the resonance tori of the unperturbed problem, in the vicinity of which exist periodic solutions to the perturbed problem. The investigation is based on Poincare's theorem.
