The effect of the electron concentration and density of the natural atmosphere on the air ionization degree and on the structure of the ionization trace, which is formed after the propagation of a powerful microwave emission pulse, has been numerically analyzed. The effect of the ionization trace on the propagation of the next pulse has been considered.
