In present work we have demonstrated that in deformed even-even 48Cr and 56Fe nuclei the rotational invariant QRPA calculations are able to describe total and differential cross section of neutrino nuclei induced reaction in details. The total cross-sections for the different neutrino flavors averaged over neutrinos and antineutrinos are evaluated with supernova neutrino spectra as normalized Fermi-Dirac-like distributions. The result of calculations shows that the neutral-current inelastic neutrino-nucleus scattering cross section calculated using approximation [5,6] for the 48Cr and 6Fe overestimates. This suggests that in deformed nuclei the supposition σt3~B(M1) can not be generalized since orbital matrix elements are negligible in B(M1) value.
