A theoretical estimation is developed for coherent amplification of gamma radiation by induced annihilation of particle-antiparticle pairs, such as electron-positron. This may lead to the development of a new class of laser systems. The induced annihilation transitions for the electron-positron plasma are compared with those of the positronium medium.
