The levels in the vicinity of the proton threshold in 23Mg, 26Al and
27Si were investigated via (τ,α), (τ,p) and (τ,d)
reactions to provide spectroscopic information for (p,γ)-stellar
reaction rate calculations for 22Na, 25Mg and 26Al. A number of new
levels are reported which could influence the stellar burning processes.
